Dr David Orton

Dr Orton is a consultant dermatologist who runs the internationally renowned Contact Dermatitis and Occupational Dermatitis service at Amersham Hospital. His service extends to the management of skin, food and respiratory allergies, and he works closely with dieticians to provide a seamless, one stop Allergy service.

Dr Orton graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, London in 1988 and pursued a career in general medicine before deciding to specialise in Dermatology. Dr Orton is the medical advisor to the Latex support group and is an active member of the British Contact Dermatitis Society, European Society of Contact Dermatitis and the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
