At the Amersham Clinic we believe that quality patient care is vital, from your very first consultation, with Tracey James our practice manager and experienced nursing sister, through to your recuperation period at home. Personal nursing attention and follow up home visits from Tracey are all part of our unique, caring service.

Skin Blemishes

From moles to thread veins and acne scars to birthmarks like port wine stains, we use lasers to treat a vast range of skin conditions.

Wrinkles

Wrinkles are an inevitable sign of sun damage, smoking and ageing. We can help slow down the appearance of wrinkles, and remove, reduce or disguise them.

Unwanted Hair

Laser assisted hair removal was pioneered by our team from 1995, and our laserographers count themselves amongst UK’s most experienced. Excess, unwanted hair can usually be selectively removed in a quick and safe procedure irrespective of skin colour.

Tattoos

Tattoos don't have to be permanent, laser removal is an effective method to return your skin towards its original condition.

Scars

Unsightly and uncomfortable post-operative scars may be reduced with lasers, in combination with intralesional injections and silicone dressings.

Allergy Testing

Allergies are on the increase and may result from chemicals or other natural substances that we breathe in, touch or drink. They may result in Hayfever, Asthma, Eczema and abdominal symptoms.

The diagnosis and treatment of Allergies requires a wide understanding of a complex area and experience in well established, proven investigations.

Botox

Dermal Filler

Facelift

Aftercare

Post-operative care, counselling and simply being ‘on call’ for queries and concerns, are as important to healing and well being after major cosmetic/surgical procedures. Wherever possible and necessary, we provide home based nursing care to aid recuperation at home.

Home transport, and follow up home treatment visits from the practice nurses are part of our unique service.

Thread Veins

Facial thread veins can usually be cleared with lasers. Leg thread veins often require a combination of laser treatment and microsclerotherapy. We are amongst the largest UK centres offering the full range of thread vein treatments.
